Counselling Positions
Cabin Counsellors are mentors for our campers. They provide the best possible experiences by building great relationships with the campers in both their cabins and activity groups. These staff members lead a cabin and activity group, participate in our program games, and help campers be their best possible selves. Counsellor pay starts at $400 per week + room and board.
Section Heads
Section Heads take care of monitoring both the staff and campers in their sections. They support these leaders and campers through 1-on-1 conversations and helping problems as they arise. Section Heads ensure that everyone safe and having fun and report to head directors when needed. Section Head pay starts at $500 per week + room and board.
Program Directors
Program Directors are responsible for planning and running their designated program area during all program activity periods each day. They will be responsible for helping to run a successful waterfront and all other evening programming while at Camp Dreamwood. When they are not running programming they are helping Directors to make sure that camp is running smoothly and assisting in all other areas as needed. Program Director pay starts at $550 per week + room and board.
Health Centre Staff
As a member of the health centre staff your role helps to provide the best possible care for our campers and staff. You will be in charge of keeping the camps medical database, policies, and procedures as well as administering camper medications and first aid when needed. Health Centre Staff pay starts at $750 per week + room and board.
Kitchen & Maintenance Staff
We have many positions available within our kitchen and maintenance staff including dishwasher, dietary cook, cleaner and much more. These staff help us make sure that our kitchen and our property are running smoothly and efficiently. Kitchen & Maintenance Staff pay starts at $500 per week + room and board.
